We travelled from Durham to visit CCRV in Mildenhall, and the journey was definitely worth it. Great service, wonderful staff to help you, and amazing 5th Wheels of course.
We’re now the proud and happy owners of ‘Gracie Lou’ our Rockwood Ultra Lite 2622RK.

Firstly there was the friendly welcome we experienced from start to finish from everyone at CCRV.
The advice and help was superb from start to finish and any little niggles we had was sorted out straight away.
Avril and Paul were so down to earth like they had known us for years and Ashley couldn’t do enough he even escorted us to the main road when we left as I was having trouble with my Sat Nav.
10/10 from all 3 of us especially Millie who loved everyone.

We had to have some work done and the IPA as well cannot highly recommend and Ashley was brilliant the tips he gave us have come in handy and to thank Ashley for the work he did on our trailer and making sure our Truck tyres were all correct before our journey home.

We rented a Rockwood 8289 fifth wheel from Paul & Avril to live in for 23 weeks - whilst our house was being refurbished.
The service from CCRV has been outstanding.
Delivery (a long distance) done in short order by the unflappable Colin - who managed somehow to negotiate tight turns and narrow gateways to site the caravan in the optimal spot. No issues with the Rockwood throughout our use of it (apart from an easily fixed minor leak) and it proved a very comfortable stay.
10/10 for the reclining chairs after a hard day’s work outside too..!
All facilities worked well including water heater and the main caravan heat. Kept us warm even when it got to -8°C.
Colin again turned up bang on time to collect the Rockwood, and yet again managed some tight turns and narrow points to exit.
In all, a seamless, relatively stress-free hire that I can’t recommend highly enough.
A very big thank you to Avril, Paul, Colin and the rest of the team at CCRV!!

Met Paul yesterday to show us around some 5ers, extremely helpful and took the time to answer any questions we had. he allowed us space and time to really have a look around. We are in the process of selling up and purchasing a 5er to allow us to go off and tour around Europe for 3 to 4 months. If your thinking life's too short and want an adventure, start by checking out CCRV.

We couldn’t be happier with our Rookwood 2889WSC. Paul, Avril and Ashley have been amazing from the very first day we visited Ccrv! From visiting, ordering and taking delivery it has been an absolute enjoyable experience to work with, purchase, and customise our unit to OUR specifications. We have used the unit on a regular basis and it has been a rugged, well built and durable fifth wheel so far. And also a pleasure to tow.
We spent a lot of time looking at tourers, caravans , and the alike, and these Rockwood units just blew our minds, for value for money, space inside, and equipment that is included ( comes fully loaded) compared to European units no brainier for us .

I can't thank Paul, Avril & Ashley enough for making this happen for us, friendly totally understanding and experience second to none.
The only mistake we made was not using CCRV first, we all live and learn.
